The Airplanes
We are offering various well-maintained private planes (some IFR-approved) for rent. A checkout is necessary for you to be able to take the plane out, but can be waived depending on your experience. In case of damage you will be insured, but you have to take your deductible into account. That amount depends on the airplane model. Certain planes are rented out for a minimum flight duration of two to three hours.
Advantages of Renting a Private Plane at Executive Flight
✓ Our rental locations are situated near the border, with the possibility to do IFR and Night VFR trainings. This has many advantages for the student:
✓ The landing fees (VFR, NIGHT & IFR) are paid for on a yearly basis and are already included your flight lesson fee. The norm in the Netherlands is a “pay per landing” system. This makes Executive Flight a competitive option when deciding where to do your Instrument Rating or Night Qualification.
✓ Many Dutch Instrument Runways are located far away from training fields like Teuge, Seppe, and Lelystad. These training fields charge high “non-home-based” landing fees, while the amount of IFR training slots is very limited.
✓ While Night VFR is not allowed in the Netherlands, it is a required part of every candidate’s training to become a professional pilot.
✓ Our carefully considered locations will save you hundreds of Euros during your flight training!
Structured “Hour-Building”
Our modular students also use our fleet to get in enough hours during their training. To earn an ATPL or CPL license students need to complete a minimum of one hundred Pilot in Command (PIC) hours. Our inexpensive rental packages and convenient locations are ideal to earn the hours you need for your license. This is also a great option for people who need to do a “Profcheck”.
To make the best use of the above-mentioned possibilities, professional guidance cannot be considered an excessive luxury. A structured training program will allow you to succeed with your solo flights, and to reach the highest skill level possible. Your flight training does not stop once you have earned your pilot license! Just then things get interesting. If you do Night and/or Instrument Conditions PIC hours with us, you will soon encounter situations for which no single academy, flight lesson, or flight school can prepare you. This depends on each candidate’s entrance level of course. Please call or email us so that we can examine your goals and come up with an effective training program for you.
